Welcome to the Dublin 2019 Exhibits Halls! Ireland is a place rich in stories, from its myths and legends, through Gothic and fantastic tales to modern science fiction and fantasy, and the thriving creativity today of writers, comics, artists and storytellers.
The Exhibits Halls will reflect all of that Irish background, together with the traditions of Worldcon and the best of international science fiction and fantasy. From Ireland and from across the world, we are seeking artists, dealers and creators, scientists, storytellers and fans. If you’d like to take part, we’d love to hear from you.
The Exhibits Halls – one at the Convention Centre, and one at the Point Square – will include:
- Art Show: Art in many forms – two-dimensional, three-dimensional and digital – much of it available for members to buy. Includes both a Gallery and Print Shop.
- Creators’ Alley: Art, crafts, costumes, games, jewellery – creators of all sorts selling, demonstrating, and displaying their work in a changing array across the weekend.
- Dealers: The dealers’ tables will feature books, comics, clothing, jewellery and merchandise of all imaginable kinds.
- Displays: Exhibits and displays to inform and entertain, and to celebrate science fiction in Ireland and across the world. Includes academic poster displays.
- Fan Tables: Future conventions, bids and fan organisations will promote themselves, answer questions, and sign up new members.
The Exhibits Halls will also contain Site Selection for the 2021 Worldcon.
See the individual pages above for more information and contact details, or you can get in touch with us at exhibits@dublin2019.com.
We look forward to seeing you in Dublin!
